Ali Blevins is a former primary school teacher with a passion for the outdoors. She has spent much of her non-working life walking, climbing, skiing and paddling and then, following a diagnosis of Parkinson’s disease, she began to draw, paint and create.
She likes to produce art that captures moments in time. Her work does not follow a particular style since she goes where the mood takes her; sometimes reflective, sometimes quirky, sometimes fun but at it’s heart there is always narrative, emotion and a need for movement.
